GST Reform के बारे में सब कुछ: अब India में नया GST 2.0

दोस्तों, इस दिवाली सरकार ने एक बड़ा गिफ्ट दिया है – Next-Gen GST Reform.

GST Reform से Daily Essentials पर बड़ी बचत

सोचो, रोज़मर्रा के products जैसे hair oil, shampoo, toothpaste, toilet soap, shaving cream – जिन पर पहले 18% GST लगता था, अब सिर्फ़ 5% लगेगा।
Butter, ghee, cheese, dairy spreads, pre-packed namkeen, bhujia, mixtures और utensils पर भी अब 5% ही देना होगा।
मतलब kitchen से लेकर bathroom तक, हर चीज़ pocket-friendly हो गई।

Farmers और Agriculture sector को राहत

अब tractor tyres, tractors, bio-pesticides, drip irrigation systems और harvesting machines पर भी GST घटकर सिर्फ़ 5% रह गया।
इससे सीधे-सीधे किसानों की लागत कम होगी और farming थोड़ी और आसान लगेगी।

Healthcare में भी राहत

Insurance से लेकर thermometer, oxygen, diagnostic kits, glucometer strips और corrective spectacles – सब कुछ या तो nil GST पर या फिर सिर्फ़ 5% पर मिलेगा।
ये step healthcare को ज्यादा affordable बनाएगा, जो हर family के लिए बहुत ज़रूरी है।

Education अब और सस्ती

Education से जुड़ी चीज़ें जैसे maps, charts, globes, pencils, crayons, exercise books, notebooks और erasers – या तो nil GST पर मिलेंगे या बहुत कम rate पर।
तो बच्चों की पढ़ाई के खर्च में भी अब थोड़ी राहत मिलेगी।

Automobiles हुए affordable

Petrol, petrol hybrid, LPG, CNG cars और diesel hybrid cars पर पहले 28% GST था, अब सिर्फ़ 18% लगेगा।
3 wheeler vehicles, छोटे motor cycles और goods transport vehicles पर भी यही फायदा मिलेगा।
इसका मतलब है कि आने वाले समय में गाड़ियाँ भी थोड़ी सस्ती होंगी।

Electronic Appliances भी अब budget-friendly

Air conditioners, televisions (32 inch से ऊपर), monitors, projectors और dish washing machines पर भी GST अब 28% से घटकर 18% कर दिया गया है।
यानि घर के बड़े electronic gadgets खरीदना अब जेब पर कम भारी पड़ेगा।

Process reforms भी हुए आसान

अब केवल वस्तुओं और सेवाओं पर ही नहीं, बल्कि प्रक्रियाओं को भी पहले से कहीं अधिक सरल और सुगम बना दिया गया है।
उदाहरण के लिए, अब केवल 3 कार्यदिवसों के भीतर स्वचालित पंजीकरण (automatic registration) की सुविधा उपलब्ध है।
टैक्स रिफंड की प्रक्रिया को भी आसान और तेज़ बना दिया गया है, जिससे समय की बचत होती है।
इसके अलावा, MSME (सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों) तथा छोटे व्यवसायों के लिए कागज़ी कार्यवाही और अन्य झंझटों को काफी हद तक घटा दिया गया है, ताकि वे अपने व्यवसाय पर ज़्यादा ध्यान दे सकें।

Luxury Items पर कितना GST लगेगा?

Luxury Items पर 40% GST लगेगा।

40% GST किन सब चीजों पर लगेगा?

निजी इस्तेमाल के लिए खरीदे गए विमान और नौकाएं।
रिवॉल्वर, पिस्तौल जैसी व्यक्तिगत हथियार श्रेणी की वस्तुएं।
350 सीसी से अधिक क्षमता वाली हाई-एंड मोटरसाइकिलें।
कैसिनो, सट्टा, जुआ, घुड़दौड़, लॉटरी और ऑनलाइन मनी गेमिंग जैसे गतिविधियां।
तंबाकू उत्पाद जैसे पान मसाला, गुटखा, चबाने वाला तंबाकू, बीड़ी और सिगरेट।
धूम्रपान पाइप और अन्य तंबाकू सेवन उपकरण।
अतिरिक्त चीनी या कृत्रिम फ्लेवर वाले शीतल पेय।
कैफीन से भरपूर ड्रिंक्स और अन्य गैर-मादक पेय पदार्थ।

GST 2.0 को लेकर PM Modi की सोच

जैसा कि PM मोदी ने कहा – “ये Next-Gen GST reform एक huge benefit देगा आम जनता, MSMEs और small enterprises को। रोज़मर्रा की ज़रूरी चीज़ें सस्ती होंगी और economy को भी boost मिलेगा।”
